New product developments coming to eve Wholesale in 2025

At eve Wholesale, our people are at the heart of everything we do. From supporting our partners day to day to helping them grow their businesses, it’s the team behind the scenes that makes it all happen.

In this edition of our employee spotlight, we’re catching up with Carl Graham, who joined eve Wholesale in September 2023. With a strong background in telecoms and a passion for building relationships, Carl plays a key role in ensuring our partners get the support they need to succeed.

about you

what’s your name, role, and how long have you been with the company?

My name is Carl, I’m a Partner Business Manager and joined eve Wholesale in September 2023.

what did you want to be when you were a kid?

I wanted to be a professional footballer, but that was never going to happen!

what’s something people are often surprised to learn about you?

I’ve run the London marathon twice and during Covid I set myself a challenge called “ Get Carlos Home for Christmas”, where I ran 124 miles on a treadmill from the 1st December to the 24th December, raising over £1.5k for Mind UK mental health charity. 

coffee or tea? early bird or night owl?

Definitely a morning person with a strong cup of coffee. Although when I’m in the office, I do enjoy a good cup of tea.

your role & journey

what does your role actually involve day to day?

I start the day with a strong coffee and make sure I’m up to date on all emails. From there, it’s about speaking with our reseller partners to ensure they have everything they need and receive the best possible support. I also spend time following up and booking meetings with our partners.

what does a “great day at work” look like for you?

A great day is when all of my partners are happy.

how did you end up in this field?

I started out in telecoms in 2000 as a Customer Service Advisor and built up a broad knowledge of voice and data. Over time, moving into sales was a natural progression. I always focus on giving honest and accurate advice rather than just selling a solution for the sake of it.

what attracted you to this company originally?

eve Wholesale’s vision and the constant drive to keep developing.

impact & achievements

what’s a project or achievement you’re particularly proud of here?

Working on our customer onboarding process to make sure new partners are happy and fully trained in the shortest possible timeframe.

what part of your work has the biggest impact on customers or teammates?

Making sure our partners are aware of all the latest developments and product launches.

what’s something you appreciate about the team you work with?

That we’re all working towards the same goal — making eve Wholesale as successful as possible.

advice & perspective

what’s something new you’ve learned since joining?

To never rest on your laurels and always stay ahead of the curve.

what skill have you developed the most in this role?

People skills.

what helps you stay motivated at work?

Knowing I’m doing the best job possible.

outside of work

favourite book, podcast, or show lately?

I enjoy binge-watching series like Stranger Things, Prison Break and Breaking Bad.
