new features for eve’s app

With our latest update to the the Windows version of eve’s UC app, we’re introducing a few new features that make collaboration even easier. Here’s what’s new:

enhanced calling and call management

• Click-to-dial – set eve’s softphone as your default calling app for a faster, more seamless dialling experience.

• Conferencing – easily host conference calls with up to 10 participants, making team discussions and client meetings more efficient.

smarter presence and call routing

• Presence – view the real-time availability status of your colleagues to enhance team coordination and responsiveness.

• Activity diversion – set up call diverts based on your status, ensuring calls are directed to the right person when you’re busy or unavailable.

improved call handling

• Call park & pickup – park a call and allow any user within your designated pickup group to retrieve it when needed.

• Group pickup – answer calls for other team members in your pickup group, ensuring no important calls go unanswered.
