new features for eve’s app

With our latest update to the the Windows version of eve’s UC app, we’re introducing a few new features that make collaboration even easier. Here’s what’s new:
enhanced calling and call management
Click-to-dial – set eve’s softphone as your default calling app for a faster, more seamless dialling experience.
Conferencing – easily host conference calls with up to 10 participants, making team discussions and client meetings more efficient.
smarter presence and call routing
Presence – view the real-time availability status of your colleagues to enhance team coordination and responsiveness.
Activity diversion – set up call diverts based on your status, ensuring calls are directed to the right person when you’re busy or unavailable.
improved call handling
Call park & pickup – park a call and allow any user within your designated pickup group to retrieve it when needed.
Group pickup – answer calls for other team members in your pickup group, ensuring no important calls go unanswered.

As always, we are committed to continuously refining eve to to meet your customers’ needs.
