The value of Billing with eve Wholesale

We understand that as a reseller it’s integral for billing to be a seamless and efficient process. 

As Billing Manager at eve Wholesale my main focus is to support resellers with their revenue function, so that it’s a continuous flow of income that will keep margins high.

Unlike direct-to-consumer billing, wholesale level billing needs to supply very granular data as standard. This may seem more complex yet enables resellers to make margin from the wide variety of carrier level products that eve Wholesale offer.

With this added complexity, resellers need a more sophisticated billing solution, which can sometimes obscure where the value lies. For the sake of full transparency and simplicity I’ve summarised three key benefits.

eve Wholesale provide detailed data files to resellers. CDR (Call Detail Records) include all of the calls that a resellers customer base has made and SDR (Service Detail Records) detail the service charges that a reseller needs to charge to their end users.

These files are delivered with a high level of accuracy that our resellers depend on to successfully bill their end user.

standardisation 


The billing data provided by eve Wholesale is in the FCS Standard format. This gives resellers peace of mind that their billing platform will be able to process their data consistently from month to month. Regardless of any new and dynamic service features that are developed, resellers know that their system will be able to work with our data as standard.

As a carrier level supplier, the way we approach data at eve Wholesale is unique. We are constantly striving to improve efficiency, add value and are in control of what we deliver. Better data means more opportunity to innovate! As an example, we’ve integrated a reference unique to every end user that an order is placed on. Providing this in our billing data enables resellers to easily identify customer assets and organise their billing. When used correctly this feature can save time and virtually eliminate the risk of billing a customer for the wrong asset.
