As the holiday season approaches, we want to keep you updated on our plans and availability during this time.

Office Closures

Our offices will be closed on the following dates:

Wednesday 25th December
Thursday 26th December
Wednesday 1st January

core networks

Major network changes or patches will not be planned between the 16th of December and the 6th of January. Our engineers will continue to support and maintain our core infrastructure as required.

Any emergency network maintenance will be communicated via the eve Wholesale status portal.

service desk

Orders and number porting will continue as usual throughout the festive period (except in the case of bank holidays) although engineer resources at some of our carrier partners may be affected with the possibility of extended lead times in some cases.

Ethernet amends and updates will not be available between the 16th of December and the 6th of January.

hardware ordering

Over the festive period, operations throughout the supply chain are operating with reduced staff numbers, often with office closures. Therefore, hardware ordered between the 16th of December and the 6th of January may be subject to delays.
